Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026 · Wavefront for iOS

These terms cover your use of the Wavefront app ("Wavefront"), run by Bradley Flanders ("we", "us"). By using Wavefront you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Wavefront is

Wavefront collects public AI news from many sources, groups related reports into stories, and gives you short summaries, audio briefings and links to the original coverage. Wavefront is free. We may change, add or remove features over time.

AI-written summaries

Summaries, headlines, "why it matters" notes, heat scores and audio briefings are written automatically by AI models from public sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Labels like "Official", "Confirmed", "Reported" and "Rumor" are our best automatic reading of the sources, not a guarantee. Check the original sources before relying on anything, and don't treat Wavefront as professional, financial, legal or investment advice.

Other people's content

Articles, posts and other material we link to belong to their owners. Wavefront shows short summaries and links back to the original. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content. If you own content you believe we've used improperly, contact us and we'll look into it promptly.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep access to your Apple ID secure, as anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Wavefront. For example, don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it in bulk, get around its security, or use it to break the law.

Our content

The Wavefront name, logo, app design and the summaries and briefings we generate are ours. You may read and share individual stories for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy or republish Wavefront's content at scale.

Disclaimers

Wavefront is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise the app will always be available, error-free, or that its content will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, Wavefront or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using Wavefront at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, or discontinue the app.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Wavefront or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using Wavefront after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
